Upgrade to Annual Plan Self Help Articles

We are excited that you love My Court Clerk enough to upgrade to an annual plan. Please follow the instructions below to make the change: 

 

Click on your profile icon and click "Your Profile"

Click Billing: 

Click Update Plan: 

Click Upgrade Plan: 

Then open your email and paste the email address and forward and email and paste the email address into the To: section then send. 

 

Please note depending on the size of the email and attachments it may take some time to process these. It can take up to 15 minutes or more to process emails that are forwarded in so please be patient. 

 

Once they are sent in you can find them in the section Files -> All Files as shown below and then click on Inbound folder. 

Once you click on inbound find the files that were send into the system click on icon with the magnfiying glass to view the file as shown below: 

Then click Add to Evidence as shown below: 

Export Data from Court Clerk Self Help Articles

To Export Documents / Data you've added in you can click on this export icon on any screen that has it. 

 

 

By default all data is selected and no date range. You can select None, and then select individual sections if you'd like. 

If you don't want the Court Clerk Logo on any exports click "No" on the Show Logo. Select the options you'd like then click export. 

Tags in Green mean they are included. If you deselect one it will show in Gray and would not be Included in an export. 

Then Click Export
